What are the restrictions on the npcs?

Like what can they wear and NOT wear when comes to wearables, fragrances, clothing etc.


I am trying to put together a mission and I want to get the npc shrouded in shadow if its possible.

Hi Duskiull, there is no complete list on what can and cannot be worn. Wearables cannot be worn by NPCs. The closest you could get would be suits and any clothing accessories. This would the case in the original game too.

Thank you for that information, It has been so long since the original game I couldn't remember what the NPCs could and couldn't do. I know there was a difference between the "basic" and "advanced" in the original game but I wasn't sure what it was.
