Sow Seed Missions can't be started in the profile

It can't be done in the start menu - having issues not being able to begin the starter missions

No starter missions, like the placing of furniture etc

Katters, the tend plants menu does work inside the profile page, can you advise on whether you are trying to do this via the App or on your browser? Secondly, you mention the First Time User missions are not being activated, can you advise on whether you are referring to a new avatar on your current account or an entirely new account?

Im using the app that I downloaded from browser, so all these issues are happening there for me, in terms of the other forum I started, I am referring to the player 'katters', this is a new account I started like a week ago now, upon opening the game in the app I never received the mission start prompt for furnishings etc, I am not able to start any beginner missions other than the pet one, which I have.
