Hi i get erro saving avatar when i try edit or change look hair or features been happening for weeks now, am i only one here?

Mya i have had this issue for weeks so i know its shouldn't be happening is it something do with Bio in profile as i checked an alt and i had no issue with saving and editing a face so i dont know root cause thanks

Randy, can you confirm what the error code states and secondly is it a persistent error where you cannot edit/save your face at all or is it occasional as Mya described?

Hi Penny, The error is constant as in picture if for example i take off glasses to put on other glasses or simply change hair style or colour then hit save it comes up error saving avatar

Hi Randy,

I went ahead and reviewed your avatar configuration and noticed that some required fields were empty, which would prevent the avatar from saving properly. Although these options were already available on your avatar, it appears the Face Shape and Face Size fields were not selected and saved within the configuration.

I've gone ahead and populated those fields, so hopefully that resolves the issue.

I don't believe you'll need to clear your cache before making any changes, but if you're still unable to save your avatar, please try clearing your cache and testing again.

If the issue persists, the next step would likely be for me to reset your avatar configuration entirely or clone the configuration from one of your secondary or previous avatars, as there may be another missing or corrupted configuration setting causing the problem.
