    New error while harvesting plants

    While harvesting my plants i noticed i keep getting hit with "Viewloyaltyweeklypoints failed: our service is taking too long to respond. it may be temporarily unavailable or a problem with your internet access."

    Cynthia, is this issue still persisting? The error message is associated with earning loyalty points from harvesting plants, it looks like the server wasn't able to process it at the time, although this should be able to be mitigated by refreshing or clearing your cache. Please let us know if the error message is persisting.

      It did stop after i left the space and went to a different harvest location.
