TV Freezes after a few playbacks

So I have been encountering a bug, idk if this issue has been addressed before. So after a few playbacks a blue and white screen is what I see
It didn't use to happen before, The space completely freezes, no buttons, no clicks work. And upon a reload I don't get my explorer exp either.

Qwerty, thank you for sharing the image. Have you experienced this with any other widgets or only with the TV? Have you tried clearing your game cache files?

I have only had this with the TV so far. I had tried art board, arcades and sculpting, but this bug is with TV only. I screen recorded this issue to check precisely what happens, and the message "Connection closed unexpectedly" appears right before this happens. The page or my avatar does not refresh, just this frozen screen.

EDIT 1: Also how exactly do I clear game cache files on SV browser?

EDIT 2: I tried clearing the cache of my external browsers (Edge and Chrome), it didn't help the problem.

I have noticed that every single time, as soon as it is about to reach the 15 minute mark, this problem happens if I'm not moving my mouse or typing.

Qwerty, thank you for the additional information you have provided. Clearing your external browser cache files would not assist with this issue as the issue is inside the SmallVerse App itself. I have attached instructions on how to clear your cache game files below for both Windows and MacOS devices. Please follow these steps in their entirety and let us know if the issue resolves or continues to persist.

          For Windows Devices:
We recommend starting by logging out of SmallVerse and logging back in, as this can often resolve minor issues. If the problem persists after doing so, please proceed with the steps below to clear your cache:
          1. Close SmallVerse completely.
          2. Press the Windows button in the bottom-left corner of your screen.
          3. Type %appdata% into the search bar and press Enter.
          4. In the folder that opens, locate and delete the SmallVerse folder.
          5. Open your Recycle Bin and delete the SmallVerse folder from there as well.
          6. Reopen SmallVerse and try again.

          For macOS Devices:
          1. Simply uninstall SmallVerse and then reinstall it using the following link:
