Mega core 20+ is not working cause we couldnt join any team any issues need to be fix? its still gray but couldnt join at all

I did everything it still a same thing its not letting me join and other people couldn't join either they try so im pretty sure they got same issues as me you guy might have check again i have clear my cache twice as possible
