Gift not in inventory

I received an inworld email stating that I had received a wrapped gift, model id 3394, and even though the email shows I can unwrap it on May 30, 2026 @ 15:13, it doesn't even show up in my inventory. There are NO wrapped gifts in my inventory! And yes I have refreshed my inventory and even went to another space and looked through my inventory and refreshed it again.
Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Okay, the gift is in my inventory. Thanks to whoever refreshed my inventory from the Staff side!!

Geno, I am not sure anybody refreshed your inventory but I am glad this has been resolved.
