Harvesting problem

I've been working on harvesting my plants, but after doing a certain amount i get a harvesting issue the only way to fix it is to leave the space and come back please fix

The issue was resolved later that same day for me

At the time the issue was occuring it just poped up in yellow saying "Harvesting Issue" however the issue is now fixed. Thank you.
