The daily gold collect is not working, it says a red error message on top when I try to collect it saying you already collected your prize today even though I didnt?

I don't know if this helps at all but you have to wait a full 24hours before you can collect your daily gold again so if you collected it at 11pm, you would need to wait until past 11pm the next day.
To improve this, SV should just reset the daily gold at e.g. 1am, so the time shouldn't matter.
Also, if another account user has logged in from your device and collected the gold, it may not allow the original account to collect the gold. This is an issue for multi-player households but stops people from muling the daily gold on multiple accounts.
Troubleshooting steps may include clearing cache, reinstalling the game, refreshing, trying different avatars, etc.Comment

If you're using the Puffin browser to collect your daily Gold rewards and perform other activities, Puffin may be contributing to the issue. Certain features in SmallVerse, such as the Store and other game functions, do not always work as intended when accessed through Puffin.
