Missing saying Deleted, but is not Deleted

Hi! I have been working on a mission called Trials of the Mage, which had been submitted and rejected, so I went back in to make changes for my resubmission. I asked a friend to test it out for me, but they were getting the error message below on the first task and could not proceed. The mission is not deleted, and I checked everything on my end, and it is all still there. Can I get some help on this?

I am getting the same error. I went in night before last after being asked by her mother to test and the task was working no problem. Due to a different task, I decided to go back to the mission later. Today, I cancelled the active mission and returned to get this same error.

697a77cf3d614f630800522d I'd only have to ask if any changes were made in the CMP (shown in the first image) since yesterday?

    EDIT:

There is definitely an issue, and it is NOT just limited to Duh's mission, it is the mission system itself. I went on to test another mission called, Once Upon A Runtime to test completion of tasks. During that test, I had a task card/task card completion pop up that I had already seen after having an issue finding a 2/2 update. Curious, I decided to cancel the mission and retry it to see if this occurred again or if I mistakenly forgot to click past a completion card, though highly doubtful. When I returned to the mission start, and was due to complete this specific task, it gave me this error. Repeating the task to try to complete it produces no update once the error message is given, when the task previously worked before. It is also important to note that the mission maker was not online when I tested, so he also made no changes to the task, interactions or the CMP during the time of my testing. There is nothing wrong with either mission to why this error is occurring. Perhaps changes to the mission panel/features inadvertently messed up something? Technical should have a definite look into this.

How to get it to occur; accept a mission, cancel it and then accept it again and try to complete the first task. Player can return on a different avatar to get the task/mission to work, but it will not work for the avatar that canceled the mission.

I had also reached out to support and they confirmed this was an issue on the backend. This is what they said: This issue was caused by a small behind-the-scenes maintenance for Missions that was scheduled yesterday. Unfortunately, an unexpected side effect occurred during the process when none had been anticipated. The issue should now be resolved.

I have since tried it, as well as others, and are no longer receiving that issue.

Thanks for confirming it wasn't just me!

I'll check again, but I only just got this error an hour ago. I'll clear my cache and try again when I get home later.

This was happening to me last night when I was creating a mission. Over and over again and intermittently. I have people messaging me saying tasks aren't working on approved missions that I haven't touched. I went to test it and sure enough, that same error message keeps coming up. The issue is definitely not resolved. I just received the error 5 minutes ago.

Oh, I'm so glad that I'm not the only one having this issue. It just started happening to me today, but only with one task that asks you to emote two times. (the interactions are on two different items) which usually works.

Hopefully we can get that fixed soon so we can keep creating!

My husband, sister and I all keep encountering this issue whether doing missions or creating them. We've also just been repeatedly connecting and disconnecting. It's making it impossible to play, let alone enjoy.

Thank you for your detailed posts. I will follow-up on this issue with the Technical Team and I will update everybody in this thread in due course. We apologize for the inconvenience.
