    Space loading and disconnection issues

I am having issues with space not loading correctly the space itself will load in but then nothing in it will appear and at the top of the screen it says space loading... This is getting more frequent but not as bad as an issue my friend is having. She is playing on windows and keeps getting the disconnection message at the top of her screen. This happened before but it seemed like it was fixed now its happening again and it seems worse? She plays fine when she switches to her phone using puffin but when she gets on the laptop using windows its constant disconnection. Some spaces and days its a few disconnections and then on others its like something is pulling her out every time her feet touches the ground like a disconnection wizard constant in and outs. Also this has been for a few month I did post about this before it seemed to resolve and she was just dealing with it but I just wanted to make another is anyone else having these issues? Thank you for your time!!

Coralopus, I understand yourself and your friend are experiencing connection issues. Could you please try the solutions below and let us know if it resolves your issue.

    SOLUTION 1
The first step we would recommend is clearing your game cache files and deleting & reinstalling the App.

    For Windows Devices:
We recommend starting by logging out of SmallVerse and logging back in, as this can often resolve minor issues. If the problem persists after doing so, please proceed with the steps below to clear your cache:
    1. Close SmallVerse completely.
    2. Press the Windows button in the bottom-left corner of your screen.
    3. Type %appdata% into the search bar and press Enter.
    4. In the folder that opens, locate and delete the SmallVerse folder.
    5. Open your Recycle Bin and delete the SmallVerse folder from there as well.
    6. Reopen SmallVerse and try again.

    For macOS Devices:
    1. Simply uninstall SmallVerse and then reinstall it using the following link: SmallVerse - Download

    SOLUTION 2
If you are using MacOS -- the Find My app/setting can intefere with connection and may the cause behind your connection. If not, it may be exploring if you have any security apps on your device that may be blocking SmallVerse such as your firewall.

    SOLUTION 3
In addition, if you go into your WiFi app/dashboard (if you have one) you may be able to explicitly allow the site "smallverse.app" which may assist in stabilizing your connection.

Everyone I've encountered is having the same issues regardless of what we've done. You can barely stay connected to get anything done. Missions are taking up to 30-45 minutes that should take only.10-15 minutes normally. Artists that have been sculpting have been having to refund their sculptures because of this issue. It seems like it's possible that the system may be a little bogged down with all of the new users...? Everyday since we joined three weeks ago it has just gotten worse. All I know is it is stopping me and my friends from OG SW that have recently joined from getting VIP until we know that it's not going to be an issue all the time.

There's also the issue with the missions not completing or the entire mission panel and interactions panel being blank unless you repeatedly log in and out.

Don't get me wrong I am completely rooting for this to take off and have thousands of daily users again, but if you can't stay connected long enough to do anything you tire of it quickly and move on.

After speaking with the Technical Team, there has been some back-end maintenance recently which may have caused increased connection issues over the last few days. This should now be resolved. Other than the solutions shared there is not much more we are able to advise on to resolve the issues, connection tends to be an issue on the user-side.
