Not receiving XP after XP Reset

So starting today the 16th the XP is supposed to have reset but I'm not getting rewarded XP or tokens on the social/explorer/artist/gaming missions. My planting and crafting XP has reset and been working, not sure why the others haven't. Is this a bug?

Hi Soni, has this issue resolved? Make sure you are not completeing missions in less than four minutes, otherwise you will not receive the XP. If you are still having issues with this we would recommend contacting support@smallverse.app who can investigate this further.

I click pressing bubbles to start and nothing pops up or happens?
Is there something I need to enable on my end?

Do you already have a mission active while trying to accept new ones?
If not, have you tried clearing your cache and logging back in to try again?
