I think a recent update has caused the 'Joining Space...' issue to come back where you have to refresh a few times to actually load into spaces.

I have cleared my cache and restarted everything so that is not the issue.

It shows the same way as when you are banned from a space which may cause some confusion for people.

Jess & Maya, I spoke with the Technical Team regarding the influx of players experiencing the 'joining space' loading screen. There has been some back-end work recently where maintenances have taken place while the game has remained live, this is the cause of the increase of 'joining space' issues, although this should now have settled and we'd like to apologize for any inconvenience caused.

Can you confirm whether you are experiencing this issue with a specific space or is it consistent across all spaces? How many times on average are you having to refresh to load-in?

Penny, this issue is happening across all spaces.

I'm concerned new players do not have the awareness to try refreshing multiple times when encountering the infamous 'joining space' freeze issue. Until the issue is resolved, I think scheduled maintenance is necessary (unless this is a quick fix). This issue has persisted since at least last week for me. Thank you.

This happens randomly every few spaces but is not limited to specific spaces. I have only had to refresh once to load into the spaces which is better than before but it's still very frequent.


I like to frequent auctions so this is becoming especially annoying when I try to enter a full space because after I finally manage to get in, I get the joining space... and lose my place after refreshing.

Same for me (maybe every 3rd space I enter?). I occasionally need to refresh 2-3 times to load into a space. Haven't been as active this week (busy), so it's been annoying trying to do missions and having to re-attempt to enter a space multiple times.
