New hairstyle missing

I cannot seem to find one of the new female hairstyles (the one with bangs/fringe that is sort of an updo) in the avatar customization panel. Am I just blind or is this happening to others too?

Grace, you will find that new hairstyle available as a store package bundle in the 'Store' tab.
