No email notifications

I'm not getting any email notifications when people send me in world email.

Geno, do you have any unread mails that you have yet to "read" / double click on? If so, perhaps try reading any outstanding mail to see if this may reset your notifications. If you do not, I would advise clearing your game cache as this is unusual behavior and would potentially be rectified by doing so. Please keep us updated.

Penny, so at your suggestion, I started from my most recent email I had received and clicked down to open numerous emails, and then had a couple of friends email me after I had logged out of SV. This seems to have fixed it! When I logged in this morning my email icon showed that I had 2 emails. Thanks for your help.
One thing to notice: When a player clicks to see their emails, the emails that are shown do NOT indicate if they are unread or not, only when they when they were sent to you. There is nothing obvious to indicate if you have read them or not.

I'm very glad this has resolved your issue. You're right there is no indicative icon or text, however, if a mail is unread the text inside the inbox for that particular mail will be in bolded text until it is "read"/double-clicked.

Thanks for that clarification Pennymeister! I guess I hadn't really looked that closely, although I don't really get that much email.
