I've been playing this game since March of 2025 and never experienced anything like this at all. when I load in no matter the space I load into. I am stuck on a blue screen as if the world is trying to load up. I've tried deleting and reinstalling the application as a whole with no luck. I have seen many people chatting in space so i can see the chat bubbles.. just the spaces not loading or avi's. If anyone had any fixes for this please do not hesitate to let me know.

yes. I am still experiencing this issue. i've tried on my macbook instead of windows and it works fine. But when I try on my PC I am having issues.Comment

I understand you have deleted and re-installed the App, however, I would recommend you clear your game cache files. Please see steps below.
For Windows Devices:
We recommend starting by logging out of SmallVerse and logging back in, as this can often resolve minor issues. If the problem persists after doing so, please proceed with the steps below to clear your cache:- Close SmallVerse completely.
- Press the Windows button in the bottom-left corner of your screen.
- Type %appdata% into the search bar and press Enter.
- In the folder that opens, locate and delete the SmallVerse folder.
- Open your Recycle Bin and delete the SmallVerse folder from there as well.
- Reopen SmallVerse and try again.
For macOS Devices:- Simply uninstall SmallVerse and then reinstall it using the following link:
