screen stays frozen

occasionally when i click on any of the icons at the bottom, the 'me' tab especially my screen will freeze but I am still able to type and chat and click on items but my avatar stays frozen along with the background.

Courtney, we would recommend taking steps to clear your game cache files if you are experiencing frequent screen freezing on the App. A temporary solution in the meantime to unfreeze your screen would be clicking your avatar -> face -> cancel. This should immediately unfreeze your screen.
