there were about 12 of us at the space, approx 1 hour ago, and i went on spaces we were 2nd in popular and we were gone, i refreshed and everyone disappeared. i am contacting them in discord and they are all saying i disappeared, it was almost like we were instanced but the space was NOT instanced. we are still having the problem 1 hour later, we have people in difference "instances" but the space is not instanced and appropriate player count is not correct in spaces.

Alejandro, this behavior does sound unusual, we usually recommend clearing your game cache files if an issue such as this occurs most especially given you were the only individual experiencing the issue. Is this issue still ocurring?

We call this the upside down. Sometimes when multiple people refresh at once they get put into separate instances, sometimes with items that you can't interact with or sometimes into an empty space. The only solution me and some friends found was for all of us to go to a completely different space and then come back to almost reset the initial space.

This happens a LOT and we started playing around with putting items down in the empty upside down, it would give you the error message (I don't know the exact error message off the top of my head but it appears in red) to say you can't but then would appear in the actual space after resetting. It's pretty interesting haha

Jess, the issue you are describing, is this in a space which was instanced? Note the original poster had an issue which occured inside a space which was not instanced.

No, this issue does not occur in an instanced space to my knowledge. I'm not sure what the trigger is so it's hard to recreate otherwise I would post a video but when this happens, you're in the exact same space, avatar says you're in the same space but it is completely empty and everybody else is in the normal version of the space. Sorry to be so vague on the details, when it happens again I will screenshot and record it.
