hai, i am having issues trying to create a pet or planter however i can still use the spin to win wheel

I have that same issue with not being able to start a new plant on the profile page. I can only do it in game.

Roxas, to adopt a pet trying doing the following in-world: Me -> Click the cat icon beside the gift icon > Adopt one today.

The tend plants feature is functional from the profile page, I would suggest deleting the App, clearing your cache, and then reinstalling the App. See instructions below on how to clear your game cache files.

For Windows Devices:
We recommend starting by logging out of SmallVerse and logging back in, as this can often resolve minor issues. If the problem persists after doing so, please proceed with the steps below to clear your cache:

1. Close SmallVerse completely.
2. Press the Windows button in the bottom-left corner of your screen.
3. Type %appdata% into the search bar and press Enter.
4. In the folder that opens, locate and delete the SmallVerse folder.
5. Open your Recycle Bin and delete the SmallVerse folder from there as well.
6. Reopen SmallVerse and try again.

For macOS Devices:

1. Simply uninstall SmallVerse and then reinstall it using the following link:
