Cant buy Ollyphant monthly wearable

I'm not able to buy the Ollyphant monthly wearable, it keeps showing up with a message saying

"Error purchasing Ollyphant the Baby Elephant. This item is out of stock".

I've never come across this before.

It's sold out. They only release 500 copies at the start of the month and 500 in middle of the month (15th).
