Disappearing Sculpture Block

Hi there,

I had an original sculpture block disappear and haven't been able to find it in any of my spaces. I know I didn't sell it because I only sell my sculptures in gold so I would have known right away if I were accidentally selling an original sculpture as it would have been in the tokens currency. I have tried using the new feature to search for the sculpture item via the Missions > All items filter in all my spaces, but no luck.

Is there anyway to know what happened to the original sculpture? How else I could find it? Is there anything that can be done?

Megan, can you please share which type of sculpture block it was inccluding it's size and variant? In addition can you confirm when you believe it went missing?

Hi Penny! It's the Large Sculpture 2 block and the item is named 'Pink Water Cooler'. I noticed it missing today, I don't recall noticing it disappearing any earlier than today.

Megan, the only sculptures of this kind and variant are inside your inventory. We can see there are 8 token variants. If you have any blank spaces inside your inventory we'd advise placing those in a space to see if this is the missing block otherwise I'm afraid we are unable to assist any further.

Is there a chance of turning one of the unlimited copies of this sculpture into an original unlimited sculpture? That way I'm able to replace the original and continue selling copies.

I’m sorry to hear you’re unable to locate your original sculpture. I see you have several sculptures in your inventory and across your spaces, so it’s possible it may be stored in one of those locations.

Is it possible the item was accidentally listed for sale? Also, could you confirm whether this sculpture is a limited or unlimited item, and if you currently have other copies listed for sale?

If you’re able to, please share a link to the space where the copies are displayed. That will help me take a closer look. (You can remove one from sale if needed, to ensure you still hold a copy).

1. No, it's not possible because I buy my sculpture blocks in tokens and only sell the copies in gold (as a precaution in case I were to accidentally list the original sculpture for sale; I would see its
currency is in tokens and realize it's the original and not sell it). I also have checked my transactions for a 'Large Sculpture 2' sculpture being sold in tokens.

2. The sculpture is an unlimited item and no, I do not have any other copies of this sculpture for sale. I only own one unlimited copy in one of my spaces.
