Wrapped gift disappeared when taking it out of my inventory

I sent an email to support a week ago but no results...I thought maybe it could be handled here as I see a couple ppl have had their issues resolved here with missing wrapped gifts.I was taking out my wrapped gift that a friend gave me and when I was dropping the gift onto the ground to open it.........it disappeared. I thought maybe it went into the house so I went to look and it is nowhere to be found. I check daily to see if it has returned to my inventory but it has not. I asked the friend who gave me the gift if she received any mail saying I opened the gift because I thought maybe when getting the gift out of my inventory that maybe it glitched and opened while taking the wrapped gift out but she hasn't seen anything saying I opened it. Not sure if you need the space name where I tried to take it out or not but it was at: Ozzy's Greenhouse. She sent me the gift on: 16 April 26 00:40
I would appreciate some help in this matter as my friend really wants me to have this gift~!

It is gone from my inventory! When I took it out of my inventory to put on the ground to open...it disappeared when I released the wrapped gift. It didn't go back in my inventory and it is not in the space anywhere. Is this the email address we use for support help...this is where I sent the mail April 17th. I have resent the mail just now.

Ozzy, excuse my previous response I sent it too early. As mentioned the Support Team have not received a ticket from yourself on this issue. Are you receiving the automatic reply? If so, what is the ticket number in the subject line?

As for the invisible gift I have located it in your space and returned it to your inventory. Could you please try placing it and refreshing immediately after? If this does not work we will look into this further.

For future, you can use the new filter options in the interactions panel to locate all items in your space. Go to Missions > Interactions > Click drop-down menu which says 'Has Interactions' > All items. When you select the item your screen automatically directs itself to the item identifying it with a cross arrow.

I took the gift out of my inventory and refreshed right after but the gift had disappeared again. I hovered over the area where i laid the gift down and clicked there and I was able to open the gift. Thank you for all your help!!!
No I didn't get an automatic reply on either of the emails I sent. What is causing me not to get the automatic replies?
