My friend sent me a wrapped gift and its not showing up in my inventory. I even cleaned app data and still not there.

Ty Penny she sent me another one and then the first one showed up but said error on it but I was able to open it , Ty for helping. Issue resolved

I also sent a gift to someone. They tried to set it out to open it, and the gift disappeared. The transaction took place at this date and time: 15 Apr '26 21:40

Please fix this and make sure she gets it. She submitted a ticket already.
