Invisible wrapped gift

I received a wrapped gift yesterday and when I placed it in my space, it became invisible and I cannot interact with it. I know its there because I can hover over the spot I dropped it in with my mouse and see its there but I cant remove it or click on it.

Koda, I have returned the gift to your inventory. Please refresh your inventory and if you do not see it try clearing your cache. Note the gift cannot be unwrapped until 10 April.

Hi, Thank you for doing that. I tried to place it again and it did the same issue. Disappeared and cannot be toggled with. Are you able to return it to my inventory again and give me any suggestions on how to make this stop happening?

Nope, it still disappears when I place it. What should I do? Its currently placed in the space but invisible again.

Hi, I received a response from SV support via email saying I should place it in a space and immediately refresh. However, it is still placed (and invisible) at my space so I cannot try that. Can you remove it from the space please?

OK so I was able to remove it through puffin, but even on puffin it is invisible for me. I placed it again in a different space and it is invisible and does not let me interact with it. I don't really know what to do I even deleted the smallverse app from my computer and redownloaded it to try to replace the gift. Is there anyway yall could open it for me? I don't know but either way it is now at this space: https://www.smallverse.app/space/8f5...c82e969242f4bf

It is right next to a different gift.
