    Losing connection.

    Constantly losing connection, it is getting to the point where I cant do much on the game because the connection just goes all of the time.
    It is not my internet, I have cleared cache many times, continues to still happen to myself and many other players I have asked.

    this happened to me too. the only thing that seemed to help was un-installing the game and re-installing it :/

      I did that twice or so and it still doesn't work, constant connection loss to where theres missions I cant do

        Adeline, I understand you are encountering issues with your connection. Please see below the current solutions available.

        SOLUTION 1
        The first step we would recommend is clearing your game cache files and deleting & reinstalling the App.

        For Windows Devices:
        We recommend starting by logging out of SmallVerse and logging back in, as this can often resolve minor issues. If the problem persists after doing so, please proceed with the steps below to clear your cache:
        1. Close SmallVerse completely.
        2. Press the Windows button in the bottom-left corner of your screen.
        3. Type %appdata% into the search bar and press Enter.
        4. In the folder that opens, locate and delete the SmallVerse folder.
        5. Open your Recycle Bin and delete the SmallVerse folder from there as well.
        6. Reopen SmallVerse and try again.


        For macOS Devices:
        1. Simply uninstall SmallVerse and then reinstall it using the following link: SmallVerse - Download

        SOLUTION 2
        If you are using MacOS -- the Find My app/setting can intefere with connection and may the cause behind your connection. If not, it may be exploring if you have any security apps on your device that may be blocking SmallVerse such as your firewall.

        SOLUTION 3
        In addition, if you go into your WiFi app/dashboard (if you have one) you may be able to explicitly allow the site "smallverse.app" which may assist in stabilizing your connection.

          Hello, I have tried clearing the cache many many times now. I also tried uninstalling and reinstalling the game. I have no issues with my wifi with anything else and have tested it numerous times to ensure this. I do not have an option to allow smallverse specifically.
          This issue seems to persist none the less.

            I had a look into my sky network and did find a section to explicitly allow small verse although my setting already allow everything. I set it then rebooted my network, as soon as I logged on i continued to lose connection again.
