Offer website never loads..

Mae, are you referring to a loading issue inside the offer widget itself in-world or inside your browser after being redirected?

This happens to me as well…I just assumed it’s because I use the puffin browser. TV/ Zoltar/ Offer machine doesn’t work for me.

Mae, it would be helpful if you could let us know which offer provider you are using. Is it Torox or Wannads? The machine on the left in The Factory is Torox and the right would be Wannads.

Can you let me know whether the loading issue occurs when loading the providers site all together or when you are attempting to complete a specific offer? In addition, a screenshot of the issue you are encountering would also assist.

An issue with Wannads was recently brought to our attention in this thread where offers are producing a pop-up message on the SmallVerse App to allow pop-ups, is this the issue you are encountering?

Vanilla, please see the above and provide the same information if possible please. It may be Puffin Web Browser as the functionality is not adjacent to Windows/MacOS.
