Offer website never loads..

This happens to me as well…I just assumed it’s because I use the puffin browser. TV/ Zoltar/ Offer machine doesn’t work for me.

Mae, it would be helpful if you could let us know which offer provider you are using. Is it Torox or Wannads? The machine on the left in The Factory is Torox and the right would be Wannads.

Can you let me know whether the loading issue occurs when loading the providers site all together or when you are attempting to complete a specific offer? In addition, a screenshot of the issue you are encountering would also assist.

An issue with Wannads was recently brought to our attention in this thread where offers are producing a pop-up message on the SmallVerse App to allow pop-ups, is this the issue you are encountering?

This happens to me as well…I just assumed it’s because I use the puffin browser. TV/ Zoltar/ Offer machine doesn’t work for me.

Vanilla, please see the above and provide the same information if possible please. It may be Puffin Web Browser as the functionality is not adjacent to Windows/MacOS.

Wannads doesn't seem to be working at all -
- It doesn't let me scroll down when clicking on an offer
- The requirements are very vague E.g. 'Sign up and deposit'. Doesn't tell you the exact amount to deposit, doesn't give you a list of requirements.
- I also keep getting the message 'Please allow pop up ads' however they're all on.
- Some offers on there show as 'Earn 0 gold'
- Some offers ask for an email address to send the offer to, which is great, but it doesn't entirely work. Some websites don't open at all, others take you to a blank website (completely white), others tell you to 'Try again in 1 minute' even if you do try again in 1 minute.

When Torox was working -
- The offers (Especially games) are almost impossible to complete with the allowed time
- Games have an absurd amount of ads so its literally impossible (unless u pay for no ads, but the whole point of earning gold is so you don't have to spend money).

I liked how you could access the Torox website on any device (in the browser) and you could check all offers, requirements (clearly listed). Would be great if Wannads was the same.

If any moderators read this, I can send screenshots if needed, just let me know.

It would also be great to get the video ads to earn gold since these offers don't seem to be working.

Suice, thank you for your post. Please note the Torox provider has been disabled in-world and will be replaced with a new provider in the near future.

We are unable to advise on specific offers for Wannads, although, when you progress further into the offer for the deposit it will likely make clear what the amount is. The offers which advertise 0 gold are outside of our control and are likely due to low payout from the advertisers. In relation to the pop-up message we have confirmed this is working as intended, can you confirm what steps you have taken to allow pop-ups? Sometimes the message will still show but you will be redirected to the website in the background.
