Saved painting is stuck

I made a painting with my girlfriend and put it into my saved paintings but it comes up with an error message every time I try to bring it back out to finish it.

"There was an error setting the painting on this item. It has been reported and will be attended to as soon as possible." but it has been months now and has not been attended to or fixed.

Callum, have you attempted to load the painting from the original avatar that created the painting and if so did you receive the same error message? If you painted on a token graffiti board then it will only load on another token graffiti board - it will not load on a gold graffiti board so make sure you bear this is mind.
