    Gold Offer Not Showing as 'active'

    I very recently completed the Casino Signup Offers offer and followed all the steps.

    I know it can take up to 24 hours to be awarded the gold, but what concerns me is that it doesn't show up at all in 'my activity' on Torox at all. It is still showing as an available offer.

    I deposited £10 and spent it as it says, but I've got no indication as to whether I've successfully completed it.

    Can anyone help/relate?

    Scarlet, I am afraid our team cannot verify the missing reward ourselves.

    Our Offer Providers require that all disputes for uncredited rewards be submitted through their respective support channels. After they review the offer and confirm completion with their vendors, they will notify us to credit any rewards that are owed.

    For Torox:
    Please visit their website for instructions on submitting a support ticket:

    For Wannads:
    Tickets must be submitted through the widget inside The Factory, which sends your request directly to their team.

      I tried looking for a similar service to report it but couldn't find one - so this is massively helpful.
