i have a shop with an avadroid and the pad disappeared, but the avatar stayed. the pad isn't in my inventory anywhere and there aren't any button options for the avatar

Emi, I can see you sold an avadroid 2026-03-31 in your shop space. I visited the space and did not see an avadroid in your space. Does the avadroid avatar still show you for you? Have you attempted clearing your game cache files?
For Windows Devices:
We recommend starting by logging out of SmallVerse and logging back in, as this can often resolve minor issues. If the problem persists after doing so, please proceed with the steps below to clear your cache:
1. Close SmallVerse completely.
2. Press the Windows button in the bottom-left corner of your screen.
3. Type %appdata% into the search bar and press Enter.
4. In the folder that opens, locate and delete the SmallVerse folder.
5. Open your Recycle Bin and delete the SmallVerse folder from there as well.
6. Reopen SmallVerse and try again.
For macOS Devices:
1. Simply uninstall SmallVerse and then reinstall it using the following link: SmallVerse - Download
