I looked at my balance first before I spun the free spin. but it's not free because it took out 300 tokens from my balance. it shows I won 700 tokens but it didnt give them to me. even after refreshing it has not give then to me. why does it cost now to spin? please fix this so I actually get the tokens.

Kitteh, again I have checked our records and it shows your balance was 22,310 and you won 700 tokens on the wheel which credited your balance to a total of 23,010. The numbers are very similar between the two and therefore I suspect you may have gotten them confused in that you saw a reduction but this was not the case. Please note that the standard Spin-To-Win does not deduct tokens from your balance. -
yea that makes sense, the amount after the spin. but I did hear the token sound and 300 did go missing from my balance and then I did have 23, 010 afterwards. so weird.Comment
