I have had this problem for a few days now. A few min ago I did the free spin and I looked at my existing token amount before spinning, which is 19, 510. I won 500 tokens then refreshed my space to force it to sync in but it didn't. Please fix this for me asap. It's frustrating and disappointing when I don't get what I spinned.

Kitteh, I have checked your account records and can confirm you received 500 tokens 2026-03-30, 600 tokens 2026-03-29, 500 & 700 tokens 2026-03-28, and 500 & 500 tokens on 2026-03-27. Your rewards are being credited as expected. The illusion appears otherwise due to the fact when you press the spin button your token balance immediately updates before the spin ticker lands on your prize, this does not mean your balance has not been credited.
If you are ever in doubt you can go to settings -> transactions and you will see your transactions here. -
