Space empty or says joining continuously

So i have recently opened one of my spaces (eldergleam sanctuary) for all of sv to enjoy and getting feed back that they get there and nothing is there (trust me theres a lot there lol ) even after refreshing. Sorry if this is in the wrong place. Could we take a peek at this issue please and thank you drifa

Drifta, this sometimes happens to players who have been banned from a space. Have you checked the ban list of the space? If this is not the issue, it would be helpful for you to attach the space link for us to take a further look.

Drifta, I was unable to load into your space but have since been able to rectify this on our side. This should now load for all players. Please note that due to the large volume of items in the space, you should expect loading times to be slower as it takes time for the game to load each item. Please let me know if you run into any other issues.

About two days ago, I tried to load the space and couldn't, so I messaged Drifa, who then reported it here.
So after reading that it should be working now, I tried again to get in there just now, and it's still not loading for me. Same issue as before: either nothing shows up at all, or it says "joining space..." and nothing is happening, or my avatar shows up but nothing else. I tried multiple times, but unfortunately was never able to actually load the space.

This issue has gotten a lot worse today.

Fuzzy has previously confirmed a few days ago that the 'joining space...' issue is a result from the fix from the auto-reconnect.

I used to only have to refresh once, maybe twice but now I have to refresh multiple times and every other space I go into has nothing showing up which is again causing me to refresh and repeat.

I don't know if you guys are still having this issue, but for the last couple of days I have noticed it on any Grass Pasture spaces and I have to refresh about 6 times for it to finally load and it cycles through not loading at all, "joining space", and just having my avatar load. It has happened in a few other spaces today, but still mainly Grass Pasture.

Drifta, I have forwarded your space to our Technical Team to be looked into as the loading issue appears to be ongoing and isolated to this space in specfic. Please allow time for this matter to be looked-into and we will update you accordingly.

Tina, thank you for your post. Please note the following updates which were applied yesterday:

Enhancements have been made to space loading to reduce the likelihood of the “Joining Space” state preventing a space from loading.

Please create your own thread if the issue persists and share the space URLs so that it can be looked into.
