I recently purchased a 38-D apartment, and have noticed a few glitches/bugs in the layout.
#1: there is an opening in the wall next to the front door where a player arrives
#2: much of the space around the outdoor pool is not walkable--in other words, instead of walking on this area of the balcony, it causes the player to swim where there isn't water.
#3: a player is able to walk through the wall of the balcony (specifically, in the space between the windows). This is the main entrance balcony wall that is across from the front door where the player spawns upon entering the space.
#4: unable to walk through doorway of the room at the top of the hallway.
