    Graffiti Board Bug

I'm working on a new event for the Art Community called "The Never-Ending Painting". We had done something like this back in SW and wanted to invite the art community to do the same here in SV.

I own a small 'starter' space, have purchased and placed 18 graffiti boards in the room. Each board has security settings to allow Anyone to use and Anyone to edit.

The Artists have been given the role of "Officer" in the space. SOME artists are able to paint on a board and save, while others are able to paint on the board, but receive an "ERROR" when trying to save their progress.

Here's the link to the space https://www.smallverse.app/space/333...f9d20398adc952

Depending on which artist will volunteer, we need to have all players to have the ability to edit / save the board they are assigned in that room. I hope this makes sense.

Once the artist has completed the painting on the board that is assigned to them, I will "FINAL" save the graffiti board. THEN the next artist will be given permission to come in and begin painting on the next board. One artist will be allowed in the room at a time until all 18 boards are completed and saved as FINAL. Then we will open the room to the general public for viewing.

Please let me know if you need any additional information from me or if I can help in any way. Thank you kindly for your help and support.

Dawn, thank you for your post. It would be helpful if you could please disclose the exact error message the players are receiving when attempting to save the painting? In addition, it would be helpful if they can share whether they receive this message when working on any other graffiti boards or if it is isolated to only this one.

Hi Penny - the screen shot above is the message the artists are receiving. They receive the message randomly when it is not a board that is owned by them.

I also receive the same message when someone places a board owned by them in my space and they lose connection and ask me to save their painting for them so they don't lose strokes. I get the same exact error message and the painting does not save.

This is a video showing exactly what is wrong with the boards step by step.
Please note that I don't own the space, I'm just an officer and the graffiti boards are all Dawn's. This seems to be an issue with using other people's boards.

Just tested the saving "Work in Progress" in the room with Kwik Ryder - this was the error he received

Thank you for the helpful information attached. We have received other reports of this issue and it may be that permissions for graffiti boards need to be revisited. We have escalated this matter for the Technical Team to look into further. There is no ETA for a fix at this time but we will update this thread accordingly when there is further information.
