"Connection Closed Unexpectedly" keeps popping up.

I have never had an issue with this on any other game I play, so I am not sure how to navigate it.

Lexi & Kryssi, sorry to hear you are having issues with your connection. Please see three possible solutions below:

SOLUTION 1
The first step we would recommend is clearing your game cache files and deleting & reinstalling the App.

For Windows Devices:
We recommend starting by logging out of SmallVerse and logging back in, as this can often resolve minor issues. If the problem persists after doing so, please proceed with the steps below to clear your cache:
1. Close SmallVerse completely.
2. Press the Windows button in the bottom-left corner of your screen.
3. Type %appdata% into the search bar and press Enter.
4. In the folder that opens, locate and delete the SmallVerse folder.
5. Open your Recycle Bin and delete the SmallVerse folder from there as well.
6. Reopen SmallVerse and try again.


For macOS Devices:
1. Simply uninstall SmallVerse and then reinstall it using the following link: SmallVerse - Download

SOLUTION 2
Are either of you you per chance using a Mac device? The Find My app/setting can intefere with connection and may the cause behind your connection. If not, it may be exploring if you have any security apps on your device that may be blocking SmallVerse.

SOLUTION 3
In addition, if you go into your WiFi app/dashboard (if you have one) you may be able to explicitly allow the site "smallverse.app" which may assist in stabilizing your connection.
