Space "rotate view" and "zoom out" Issue

Hi,
I have a problem with my space that i can't click "rotate view" and "zoom out" but look like there is an issue with apartment since it happened today. Also, i tried to refresh again, still not working, since I bought the coop apartment level 8-B in few month ago.

Keily, it is likely the previous owner of the space had the rotate and zoom turned off manually via the Support Team. Please share the space link here and I will turn this off for you.
