I'm trying to complete my kudos, and I have successfully been able to cross-pollinate 5 of my Azure Trumpets with the Lunar Blooms; however, not only is it not showing up as completed in the Loyalty Tasks, but it's not showing up in my Transactions Log. I see other plants that I cross-pollinated today showing up in the transactions log, but not this. I would like to know why that is and how it can be fixed. Thanks!

Eevee, our records show that you cross-pollinated 6 plants in week 1 meaning you received your 1 point for this. Please note successful completion of cross-pollinating would reward you with only one point (two if you are VIP). Week 2 of the Monthly Loyalty Challenge begun yesterday and now your Loyalty Tab will have reset to reflect this.
I do not see record of you successfully cross-pollinating a plant today, however, I do note you have completed your 14 approved missions, spun the wheel (+1), spun the deluxe wheel (+1), sculpted a block (+1), and harvested a plant (+1) - you therefore have 18 points and have completed Week 2 of the Challenge.

I actually successfully cross-pollinated 7 plants yesterday (Week 2): 2 Climbing Shades and 5 Butterfly Vines. However, it didn't update my Cross-pollination Loyalty Task. So I went into the Transactions Log to figure out what happened, and it shows records of the Climbing Shades but not the Butterfly Vines. It's equally concerning that on your records, it's showing that I hadn't successfully cross-pollinated any plants yesterday.
Obviously, as mentioned above, it's not showing the records that I had in fact successfully cross-pollinated 5 Butterfly Vines, which is an issue. I have no way to prove this, but I did record myself attempting to cross-pollinate again and came across the same issue. I'll post that video in the next comment.Comment

So I successfully attempted to cross-pollinate 4 Climbing Shades tonight. You can see the time-stamp in the video before I start cross-pollinating.
However, as you can see, it's not showing up in the Transaction Log. It only shows the one attempt that I failed, not the 4 that succeeded.
And, it still hasn't updated the "Pollinate" section in Kudos as completed, even though at this point I have successfully cross-pollinated 11 plants (7 from yesterday and 4 from today).

I will look into the cross-pollination issue further and provide you with an update if I am able to reproduce this issue.
As for the Loyalty Tab, the reason why it is not updating is due to the fact you have already earned 18/18 points and therefore it will not update any further.Comment
