Completed Missions Taking Payments and No Payout Issue

I played through 'Grandma's Secret Recipe Hunt' and the system took 100 tokens without paying my account back for completing it. This is recorded in my transactions. The mission is listed as no longer active and is not recorded in my mission history. I asked another player to run through the same mission, and they were rewarded. Is it true that if a player completes a mission in less than 3 minutes, they will receive no payout? I was told by someone in-game that if you spend under 3 minutes doing a mission, you will receive no reward. If this is true, why is the system taking our tokens still? Is this a bug or is this a rule implemented in the system?

I have heard about the 3 minute rule. It may be implemented to make players engage with the storyline more. Although I think it’s not right to have the tokens not refunded..

Noctus, the mission entry fee will take 100 tokens from your balance when you begin a mission as of February 11th 2026. This entry fee will be revoked regardless of whether you complete the mission or not. The "3 minute" rule is correct and you will not receive full payout if you complete the mission under the 3 minutes. The time you take to complete the mission has no bearing on the entry fee - it will be taken irregardless. Please let us know if you have any further questions.

Yes, that would is correct. The logic being if you start a mission the 100 token entry fee will be deducted from your account.
