Loyalty Challenge Progress not working

Even when I harvest my plants the task doesn't update and remains with an exclamation mark/the 0/14 does not change...

Daph, a new month began yesterday and hence the Monthly Loyalty Challenge has now been reset. Our records show you have 4 points so far, this should reflect on the Loyalty tab in-world, if it does not could you please attach a screenshot of your view? In addition, is your loyalty section on your profile page with the progress bars consistent with your view in-world? This information would be very helpful.

hi, i think it just had a visual glitch or didnt update for some reason. I'm not sure anymore because i harvested like 20 plants so idk at which point it updated

Have you both made sure you have been in the widget for at least 5 minutes and you have clicked saved afterwards?

Please note that last week the Loyalty Panel was not functioning as intended and this has since been addressed by our Technical Team. If anybody is still encountering this issue in Week 2 and beyond please let us know attaching a screenshot where able.

Hello, my challenges are also not logging. I did painting for over 5 minutes and harvested 2 plants and sow'd 2. Will those only show up after I do all 10?

Rixen, did you make sure to press save after you had painted for 5 minutes? You are correct, as you have only harvested and sow'd 2 plants respectively you have not completed the task which requires 5 each and therefore it will not update.

Okay, I did do it for 5 minutes and saved and it is not tracking. I also did all 10 sows and harvests and that isn't showing either.

As you have completed Week 2 of the Challenge with 18/18 points no other tasks will update. However, if you had not already completed this week's tasks the painting task would have updated along with the sowing and harvesting.
