    connection closed unexpectedly

this happened to me yesterday and now it's continuing today, three times already.
how do I clear cache? I don't see an option to do it in settings.
does clearing cache fix this specific problem?

Kitteh, have you made any changes to your settings or changed WiFi recently that may have caused this issue to trigger? Clearing your cache is often one of the first steps we recommend as it refreshes your game files. Please see instructions below on how to do this:

    For Windows Devices:
We recommend starting by logging out of SmallVerse and logging back in, as this can often resolve minor issues. If the problem persists after doing so, please proceed with the steps below to clear your cache:
    1. Close SmallVerse completely.
    2. Press the Windows button in the bottom-left corner of your screen.
    3. Type %appdata% into the search bar and press Enter.
    4. In the folder that opens, locate and delete the SmallVerse folder.
    5. Open your Recycle Bin and delete the SmallVerse folder from there as well.
    6. Reopen SmallVerse and try again.

    For macOS Devices:
    1. Simply uninstall SmallVerse and then reinstall it.

For those of us who did all of this and are still having connection issues, what more would you recommend? I have also cleared cache, deleted and reinstalled smallverse,

I have cleared cache as well and it still does it. This issue has persisted, since January, for me. 9 times out of 10 when I connect to an app in the background or use Bluetooth headphones I will be disconnected from my space. I'm talking about just standing in a space and being booted (not loading in). It will also say it's attempting to reconnect but usually I have to refresh because it will freeze, the space becomes empty, and nothing happens. It's very inconvenient. Hope a better fix comes along. A lot of players are experiencing this in game still.

I haven't made any changes. When it starts up, it happens again in the same day. I think it's the game itself.
