Unable to load most island spaces off and on

Several island spaces including Riptide W&R are having loading issues. This happens on both Windows and MacOS.

You can sometimes load without issues, other times the game will not load any items in the space or your avatar. You can refresh as many times as you want, log in and out, etc, it is not predictable. This makes setting items in the space for sale risky, and makes people not want to shop there. Ty for listening

I’ve visited the spaces you mentioned and both are loading properly on our end without any issues.

Since you noted that this only happens intermittently, if it occurs again, please try to take note of details such as:

• The time of day
• Whether the space is busy or empty
• If it gets stuck on the “Joining Space” screen
• If it loads but appears without items

Information like this will help us better diagnose and reproduce the issue if there is an underlying problem.

Hi Reya! It doesn't get stuck on "Joining space", it just gets stuck with no items appearing in the space.

I have learned that you are able to load the space, but only if someone else is already in the space. So for some reason, some people are able to load the space fine, and those effected seem to only be able to load in when others can.

I have some friends who have it not work on one PC, but work on the next PC they try. Hope this helps and also happy to help with any other questions. Thank you!! <3
