I am asking about the newest update with the new about me. I don't seem to have that update. The little gift is not showing up. I cleared my cashe, uninstalled and reinstalled also. I still don't see it.

I am wondering if anyone else is having this problem also?

Tray, could you please outline the steps you are taking when clearing your cache? I'd like to ensure you are clearing it correctly and deleting the cache files in the process to allow a new install of the game.

I am clicking on the three dot up top then settings to privacy then I click on delete cache

Depending on the device, these below steps can help with clearing your cache:

For Windows Devices:
We recommend starting by logging out of SmallVerse and logging back in, as this can often resolve minor issues. If the problem persists after doing so, please proceed with the steps below to clear your cache:

1. Close SmallVerse completely.
2. Press the Windows button in the bottom-left corner of your screen.
3. Type %appdata% into the search bar and press Enter.
4. In the folder that opens, locate and delete the SmallVerse folder.
5. Open your Recycle Bin and delete the SmallVerse folder from there as well.
6. Reopen SmallVerse and try again.

For macOS Devices:

1. Simply uninstall SmallVerse and then reinstall it.
