Every time I open the "me" tab my game freezes. I can still click on things but can't move and everything becomes static. I also and not getting rewarded for harvesting or cross pollinating plants and noticed that both of those say 0/1 instead of 0/10 plants harvested or 0/5 plants cross pollinated.

Addie, the freezing issue you have been experiencing does not seem to have been reported by any other players therefore it may be an issue on your side. Have you tried clicking your avatar, face and then cancelling it off to see if this unfreezes your game view? In additition, the point indicators in the brackets represent the points you can earn from completing the task - remembering VIPs earn double. It is not designed to represent the number of plants you have harvested or cross-pollinated, you can view that data in settings > experience.
