Keily, I understand you are experiencing issues with your connection. Could you confirm when this issue begun, whether you have taken any trouble shooting steps such as clearing your cache, and which device and operating system you use?
If you haven't already cleared your cache, I am attaching steps on how to do this below:
For Windows Devices:
We recommend starting by logging out of SmallVerse and logging back in, as this can often resolve minor issues. If the problem persists after doing so, please proceed with the steps below to clear your cache:
Close SmallVerse completely.
Press the Windows button in the bottom-left corner of your screen.
Type %appdata% into the search bar and press Enter.
In the folder that opens, locate and delete the SmallVerse folder.
Open your Recycle Bin and delete the SmallVerse folder from there as well.
Reopen SmallVerse and try again.
For macOS Devices:
Simply uninstall SmallVerse and then reinstall it using the following link: SmallVerse - Download
