My game keeps disconnecting, I have already tried deleting the app and redownloading it.. I have not had this problem before but all sudden it keeps disconnecting every 2-5 mins starting today.
Luke, Geno has suggested a very proper recommendation for clearing your cache on Windows. If you are using MacOS simply delete and reinstall the game. Please let us know if clearing your cache provides a solution. If not, the issue is likely an issue on your side rather than SmallVerse's. I will provide you with some further recommendations if this is the case.

I am using Mac and yes I have cleared it already, and already deleted and installed it again. I will give it a try and see if it will work.
Thank you for confirming you are using Mac. You may want to ensure you do not have your 'Find My' app open or settings turned on as this can intefere with your connection on SmallVerse. You should also check to see if you have any apps which may be blocking SmallVerse including firewalls.
If you have access as the host to your internet service provider App or dashboard, it may be worth looking into your settings which allow/block sites and specifically allow smallverse.app. Please let me know if any of these solutions resolve your connection issues.

Im still having trouble with mine, i cleared my cache and cookies, updated my windows laptop, and my wifi connection is strong, its hard playing like this especially when i bought vip too it just feels like its wasting away at the moment

Hi, sorry I have been testing it recently, seems like I still get disconnected randomly but not as much as before, it seems to be happening after a while
I'm disconnecting when I open shop, water plants, harvest plants and craft. I think it lags then disconnects. I followed the steps above and it's didn't help. At this point it's almost unplayable to me. I also bought VIP and playing on windows 11. I play on steam quite a bit and don't have this problem. Thank you for working on this issue.

Something we’ve also noticed is that certain apps running in the background can interfere with SmallVerse’s connection. On Apple devices, one common example is Find My. Windows may have a similar background service, as well as certain security/firewall programs that could be blocking or interrupting the connection.
The Find My app, for example, typically checks/refreshes every 30 seconds, which can cause SmallVerse to disconnect repeatedly because of those interruptions.
If you can share a bit more info about your operating system (Mac/Windows/iOS, etc.) and confirm whether you have anything running in the background that might be interrupting the connection, please let us know. We’d need specific details in order to investigate properly and make any adjustments if needed.
