Hello, I was wondering who I can reach out to about this recent issue. I have tried to buy a package, but when I want to checkout the screen pops up white, and nothing to move further with so I can purchase.

Also I have another issue, I have tried to contact support but still have not gotten an email back. I have noticed that I am not able to shoot others or paint correctly. When I try to toggle my mouse on a person the aim goes crazy to where it is hard for me to shoot others, and if I try to paint the mouse also has no stability. Moral of it all is other avatars are able to shoot others with no complications but with my issue i struggle could this possible be resolved? -
