When I click on watch videos or do offers, both just do nothing or say there aren't any.

Apologies for the confusion. At this time, the Watch Videos option is not implemented, and it likely won’t be added in the future. We plan to remove that option.
The Do Offers button is intended to redirect you to The Factory, so I’m sorry it isn’t taking you there correctly right now. In the meantime, you can access it by opening your Spaces tab and selecting The Factory under the Official tab.
You can also copy and paste this direct link into the client URL navigation bar:
