weirdly specific but found that we can't wear the royal cloak with the chest plate like you can with other capes.

Hi Amanda,
Not all capes behave the same, since they have different tags and wearable behaviors that affect how they interact with other items. For example, the Royal Cloak uses parts of the shoulders and front, so it conflicts with other items that also use the shoulder/chest area. That’s why you can’t wear it together with the chest plate item, they overlap, and one will remove the other.
Other capes don’t include shoulder parts, which is why those ones can be worn with the chest plate without any issues.
