Feb loyalty explorer not updating

I have completed like 32794712 explorer missions this week and my explorer loyalty on my profile is still not completed? However after each explorer mission I continue to do, it does not update me on my progress anymore? I believe it said 18/18 at one point? Help please

Hi Bri,

For each week, you'll earn XP in a certain path, for example Week 1, you earn 1,000 Explorer XP for completing the week. This reward is not tied to completing Explorer specific missions, and you can complete missions from any XP Path (Artist, Social, Gamer, or Explorer) and still earn the weekly reward.

You will only earn points from completing up to 14 missions per week. After that, you’ll need to complete other tasks to earn additional points. You need 18 points per week, so you'll need to gain those points from doing other tasks. I've put these below for you.

Each non-mission task rewards 1 point per completion, while missions can be completed up to 14 times for points. VIP members earn double points for every task completed.

How Do I Earn Loyalty Points?

• Spin to Win
• Spin to Win Deluxe
• Complete Approved Missions (up to 14 approved missions)
• Sow 10 plants
• Harvest 10 plants
• Successfully pollinate 5 plants
• Paint on the Graffiti Board (minimum 5 mins - must save)
• Sculpt using a Sculpting Block (minimum 5 mins - must save)

Important Task Notes

• Each task can only be completed once per week to earn points, however you can earn points by completing up to 14 missions.
• Non-VIP members earn 1 point per task, while VIP members earn 2 points for every task completed.

Hi, i have had this same issue except i have completed 14 missions, done the spin to win, done the spin to wine deluxe, sowed 10 plants, painted on a graffiti board for 5 minutes and saved and sculpted on a sculpting block for 5 minutes and saved. My kudos for week 1 is still not complete even though I have completed more than 18 steps.

Juju, I have taken a look at your account and see that you have completed more than enough missions. However, as you are not a VIP member you should have completed 4 (VIPs earn double points) of the additional tasks. I can see in February Week 1 you completed only 1 (spinning the wheel) and this is why your bar is not showing as completed. For the current week you need 2 more of those additional tasks. Please also note you can only complete the additional tasks once, so you would need to do 4 different ones in total to meet the 18 point total.

Hi, I did the spin the wheel almost everyday, i did the spin to win deluxe twice, i sculpted and saved twice and i painted on a graffiti board twice and saved, and i sowed 10 plants so i'm still unsure on how i've not been able to complete the kudos by one point. Is there anything that can be done as i was only 1 point behind, and i have done everything I could do. It seems a bit unfair that none VIPS have to go through all this to be able to receive a prize too.

Juju, you did spin the wheel in week 1 however that counts as only one point no matter how many times you spun it that week. You needed to do three other tasks individually. I can see that you did not spin the Deluxe wheel until week 2. There are no records of you using the grafitti or sculpting blocks, although you should note you need to use these for a minimum of 5 minutes and you must have pressed save. Based on these findings I'm afraid you have not completed week 1's tasks as you only achieved 15/18 points.

The difference in VIPs earning double points and only needing to do 2 additional tasks rather than 4 is of course a perk of becoming a VIP member.

Bri, we are on week 2 now but your progress bar for week 1 has not been fully completed as you needed 1 more point from the additional tasks. You fufilled your missions which was 14/18. You then spun the wheel, sowed a plant, and harvested a plant bringing you to 17/18. I can appreciate that is likely frustrating but now you know how to complete the challlenge in full moving forward.

For week 2 you have yet to meet your mission points but you have completed 2/4 of the additional tasks. As I said above if you were a VIP member you'd only need to do 2 additional tasks ontop of the 14 missions since VIPs receive double points.

OK thank you, it is really frustrating being there is no way to check this myself, the 18/18 came up and then I didn't see anything else but my bar still wasn't fulfilled even though I kept completing mission after mission. There is nothing I can do to receive the loyalty item for this month now because I missed week 1 by one point. I won't be doing anything else then for this month and will have to restart next month... ?

I'm afraid that you would not receive the item this month, however, you will continue to receive bonus XP throughout the month by completing each week.

You can check yourself by using these two tabs in your settings.

I didn't mean to post this on this forum and I'm not sure how to delete it lol - also Juju I think you'll have to wait until next month, try planting all 10 of your plants and then waiting a day and harvesting them - i think you need to harvest 5 so that might help

It came up on my screen that I had completed 17/18. I was aware that week two doesn't start until 00:00 SVT on the 8th, i completed all my tasks before this, but unsure if this fact is true or not about the time and date of the start of week 2. And both times i sculpted and did the art, i spent 5 minutes each time and saved. Thank you.
