I have problems with some guestbooks - entries are disappearing but just in certain rooms when I bring it to another it works. As an artist having paintings at auctions it is not that cool as right now one book shows no comments that have been made

I’m sorry you’re experiencing this issue. We’ve seen similar reports in the past where guestbook entries were not saving or were disappearing, but this was previously resolved.

I’m going to forward this information to our development team for further review. In the meantime, if you’re able to provide any additional details, it would be very helpful as we need to be able to replicate the issue on our end to confirm it’s a bug and work toward a resolution.

Could you please confirm the following:

• Have you tried purchasing a new guestbook and using that one instead?
• Do the entries appear when the guestbook is placed in a different space?
• If you place it back into the original space, do the entries disappear again?
• Is this happening with all guestbooks in that space, or only yours?
• Can you provide the Space ID for the space where this guestbook is placed?
• If possible, please let us know which guestbook item it is so we can investigate that specific one.

- yes I bought a new one and it works so far...
- I have brought it to a different place and it works there too
- it disappears again when I bring it back where the glitch is
- I only had this with 2 books now all other books work fine

Orin, thank you for providing the information above. When testing these items I have found that the Book of Guests item's entries disappeared whereas the Guest Book had not. It seems to be slightly incosistent at the moment, therefore as Mya said above this will be passed onto our Technical Team who can take a more detailed look at it.
